In this gentle, non-invasive session, your mind, body, and spirit are brought back into harmony—to get in touch with the grounded, peaceful, and revitalised state of being.
Shortly after booking, you will receive a confidential intake form via email. Please complete this at least 72 hours before we meet so I can deeply prepare for our work together. (Kindly note: to honour our scheduling boundaries, bookings without a completed form by this time will be cancelled and the fee forfeited).
Our work together is a complementary energetic practice to support your well-being, rather than a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
For online sessions, please choose a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection. You will need enough room to lie down flat comfortably, with your camera positioned so you are visible from head to toe.
To ensure clarity and safety, please remain free from alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours before we meet. To protect the confidentiality of our space, strictly no recording is permitted.
